WorkTomo is an AI-powered desktop agent designed to assist professionals with file operations, data processing, and workflow automation.

2. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register an account via Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You must not attempt to reverse engineer the application or access restricted areas of our systems.

4. AI & Data Usage

WorkTomo uses Artificial Intelligence to process your requests.

• Local Mode: When using local models, your data remains on your device.
• Cloud Mode: When using cloud models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic), data is transmitted securely to these providers solely for processing your request. We do not use your data to train our models without your explicit consent.

5. Subscription & Billing

Premium features are available via paid subscriptions (Pro/Max plans). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the app or Stripe customer portal.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or misleading. You should verify important information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkTomo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
